How did you gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low, 10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range:4-6-7
Density: 7-6-6
Energy Level:3-3-4
Speed:4-5-5

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
Fragile feet. Paced myself by moving at a slower speed.

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
Had a partner who hadn't done the manipulations before. She commented that there was a lot of information to take in while being the manipulator...Establishing common breathing throughout the exercise, keeping up with the instructions, being attentive to partnership and the mechanics of bodily movement.bs.

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
The idea of the thermal is still very much a concept which I have difficulty embodying. Trying to manifest a sense of lightness and density moving through the body. The sensation of being/becoming air sometimes originates outside the body while at other times it seems to travel throughout the internal structure of muscles and bones. This explanation seems unsatisfactory, however, as I don't wish to perpetuate an in/out dyad. Both approaches are involved in becoming processually airborne.

What are your main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
Mesmerized by Robyn Davidson's rich retelling of her experiences in the desert.
