How did you
gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low,
10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range:4
Density:5
Energy Level:9
Speed:8
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
Goup body. Most of the exercises were done with thers, 2-6 in a group,
lines towards the mountains. The energy circulated and enthusiasm was
high. Nice ending.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
Perfect ending. My partner was present with me and as I was with her.
We mantained a skelatal relationship to the group breath and 'rounded'
our 'flesh'.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
I want to live underground. Amazing experience to be buried. To feel my
pulse so seperate to me. It was hot down there. I had to overcome the
sensation and concentrate on my breathing. I felt every mm of my lungs.
The journey of the air flow was so clear, the effort to absorb air through
the dense layer of earth covering me, gave me the impression that I was
nothing, that I was earth, the only present thing being my breath. A bodyless
breath, more like a spirit. Emerging from the soil ws even better. The
sensation would gradually be born as another part would emerge from the
earth particles into its own entity. I was fascinated to observe my partners'
breath move the earth above them and below me. What are your main observations
and/or experiences of the whole day? The closing 'performance' was a mixture
of our exercises. We all had fun with it and eneded laying on the riverbed,
the only difference to the previous times was our approach to a more 'total'
river, literally, poetically, sensuously, physically, and beyond all sensations
and descriptions. Hamilton Downs came into being.
