How did you gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low, 10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range:6
Density: 5.5
Energy Level: 5
Speed: 5.5

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the MB?

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?

What are your main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
A long walk! "How far are we going?" - "Just over that range." "When are we going to get there" - "Soon". "How much further" - "We're nearly there". The team leaders kept expanding and contracting the concept of distance and time. All I wanted was water - to drink, to swim in, to bathe in. No wonder there always appears a lake in the vast expanse. I took very seriously the direction to stay with your group and to 'follow the leader'. Walking through the shrub it became very apparent how one could stray from the group and get forever lost. At one point my group and another became disoriented and we began to walk in the wrong direction. I felt vulnerable and then resentful that I'd been made to walk farther than was necessary. I wondered (paranoid) whether the day's expedition was a 'game'; whether the intention was to thoroughly exhaust the group, disorientate them, and toy with our concepts of time and space. (Needless to say I did not experience a spiritual awakening.)
