How did you gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low, 10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range:
Density:
Energy Level:
Speed:

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the MB?

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
ledby string at top of the ridge-taken to point of falling and was pulled back by connection -took andrew to the very dge of the cliff while he was blindfolded and managed to communicatad the height of the steps required-very dangerous but worth it

What are your main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
Amazing walk from homestead to West Macdonnel Ranges- Iwas not prepared for the range of spaces, the vastness which the form of the mountains had and defned the fullness of the emptiness-the varying terraines-the power of the landscape- the contrast aat the resting places when there was respite from the heat - it was frustrating on the way up when I lost sight of the group ahead but always seems to catch them somewhere- different story coming down because there was a request internally and externally to slow down to allow members of the team to catch up-only problem with that was I lost sight of the ahead group who knew where they were going-so it became a little dangerous because some people had run out of water-fortuanately there was a scout who sighted us and redirected us and there was the foresight to have 24 litres of water waiting in some rocks on the way back- the final climb was just that-certainly not just a bush walk-at the top of the ridge it felt like we were on some giant dragon-the formations of rocks were in blocks which were there like loose building blocks-the closness to the other mountain seemed to blow open the vision-instructions at various times to sense the contours of the land in our bodies at the three speeds-sensitivity exercise of lying on stomach while partner places rocks of various sizes on you and you related their location and weight-followed by activating the skin or nerves in the area of the rock to create a movement in it-repeated on front-what was interesting was the fact that Voyer(my partner) said one rock was moving in an interesting way when I had only send a light and delicate stimulation to that area-challenge is to find ungross ways to move the stones- this ex.seems to be a fine tuning for the previous where you place the contours of the environment into the body
