How did you gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low, 10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range:5
Density: 7
Energy Level:4
Speed:4

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
had the right shin thing happenning but didn't begin as early. started really hurting as soon as i rubbed it. .

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
too much reds pain to be pushing and prodding others.

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
bisoku: Betina says she is motivated to "finding different ways of moving" eg. looking at internal structure. i am motivated at this time to be as accurate to the exercise as possible. i see body weather as a long procees for me and i can afford to break everything down so i can work from a very solid base that i can build on. betina's process during bisoku focuses on a feeling of a speed, whereas i am very much focusing on working as closely to the parameters of the exercise without breaking them. i am scanning my body for the most accurate reading points, etc. this does not make for an interesting aesthetic, as yet. i need form, and i reckon that betina's way might make for an interesting performance. but can i work up to this, or even fall back on this during performance, where bisoku would be loaded with image to focus on?

What are your main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
christine and frank teach tools for movement. tess teaches process. together they make for a full body weather.
