How did you gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low, 10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range:5
Density:3
Energy Level:4
Speed:3

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
knees seem to be releasing and I found a deeper understanding of the positions

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
just using breath allowed a deeper connection with the work stretching releasing with partner a deeper awareness of the group

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
gradually increasing speed allows the work to sink in deeper ie going from 1mm the body absorbs the information deeply I found this time difficult to keep without the group the composition process i used fr the framing task involved speed work from 1mm to 10cm absorbing the shape and density of the rock through out all of my body. then my nose traced the crevices and my pubic bone the grasses. i used a thermal cooling in that section to take me to the ground and a thermal warming to carry me up to the sky. from here i used dream boat imagining to create rain and water which fell from the sky onto the sand. i lay in the sand using the same feeling for movement of the rocks placed on my body during the walk except the rocks were rain drops onto the sand i became the sand. the final part involved the absorption of the rain water deeply into the sand.

What are your main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
the awareness the group has to the environment was fantastic the compositions in the environment showed a deep sensitivity it gave me a sense of how i can work with the environment in dance making with sensitivity and impact.
