How did you
gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low,
10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-

What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
I wasn't as sore or stiff as I thought so I was looking forward to another
days movement training. It was hot and I felt like the sun was beating
down mercifully. I moved through the sequence quite well and enjoyed the
gradual increase in intensity. Felt like I had an idea of what was coming
and how to pace myself. Still got very 'foot-tied' with the turns and
hops but I really enjoyed the sense of progression and then the cooling
down. I felt invigorated when we got to the last sequence. I was thirsty
but it went away. Still passed through the moment when I wanted to give
up. Felt great at the end - exhausted. And during the rest of the day
I could really feel my muscles - sore - stiff and I know I'm going to
be really sore tomorrow. Damn. There was more instruction today and I
liked that. Still would like to g o a bit slower on some of the more complicated
moves that need exact relationships - but I can understand the need for
the rhythm building.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
Love being touched and massaged and moved. Such a good experience after
the MB. I'm feeling a bit unsure of how to hold my hands and do it properly
for the partner and am a bit hesitant. Look forward to the time when I
will know what I'm doing. I'd like to learn the sequence. Detailed instruction
was good.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
I was tired today - so liked the slowness of it and liked the detailed
observations.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
Besides the fact I'm feeling stiff at the end of the day and sore and
tired - I enjoyed the day and got a sense of quietening down. Being still,
being quiet, being here - noticing here. The food is wonderful and I'm
now smelling dinner being prepared and it's distracting. I get famished
in the middle of the afternoon - around 4.00ish and really would like
afternoon tea - nuts nibbles whatever. I feel like fading. But it's nice
to be hungry too.
