How did you
gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low,
10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range: 7
Density:4-5
Energy Level: 6-8
Speed: 5-6
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
Wonderful...seemed like it was over before it started (we had the day
off)!
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
I fluctuated between solid concentration and almost drifting off. The
lack of MB and thus energising of the body made it feel dense and less
able to release the muscle work. Similar trouble spots revealed them selves
yet again...right shoulder chest area, left pelvis and hip area. My partner
seeing the tension in my back in the plow pose adjusted my body by rolling
the buttocks back slightly. This gave a very unstable and uncomfortable
feeling. The stretch was not as complete but it did let me feel more in
my legs as they tended to be lifted from the ground and needed to be drawn
down further a very disconcerting sensation.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
I think it is because of my restrictions in my chest area that the exercise
today where we had to mirror the action of another person's palm with
a corresponding area in the middle of the chest, that I did not move as
freeely or as responsively as I did with the finger and nose exercise
the day before. Bisoku brought up many body mechanic questions and I observed
myself as having a very lazy, heat affected, arms-a-swinging walk. Most
difficult to replicate at 1mm per second.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
The half morning holiday replenished the batteries but made entry into
the manipulations a little more difficult. The cloud cover brought in
from the new front brought a refreshing perspective to the afternoon sun.
My mind state remains even and positive and I am quietly witnessing my
re-entry back into movement.
