How did you
gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low,
10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range: 7-9
Density:4-6
Energy Level: 5-7
Speed: 5-6
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
What are your

What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
Pulse words by the foot of a river red. Eyes wide open. At first the tree
reaches high above me then I'm at its base and finally I can not see it
at all. Sit talk walk all my old familiar words are there but today there
are ants. The crawl on the tree, they crawl on me. At the base I'm transported
to a subterrainian world. Black ants, roots penetrating, caves, deep,
draw suck. I begin to see the landscapes in terms of relationships between
objects, isolation stillness, alone, communal, collective, gathered and
colours, green, blue, white and one rock that alone has caught the light
of the afternoon light and illuminously shines - a silver. When my nose
follows fingers, my body moves from my knees. I watch others and there
are many sources of the movement, the neck, the chest, pivoting our of
the hips.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
There is a child of a Lutheran Preacher. Two nannies taught the business.
I can't overcome a trace of scinicism - white talking black. He wants
us to the see the land as forgiving but I am convinced that he shows us
an unsympathetic space. Two plants not two steps away from each other.
Identical and sise by side. One a source of sparsest nourishment, the
other a toxic poisonous temptation. The sources of food in most ways remain
invisable. I've had a glimps but like some of the aboriginal community
it self I will loose this knowledge (maybe not completely but enough to
make it incomplete and maybe even dangerously so.).
