How did you gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low, 10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range: 4
Density:3
Energy Level: 7
Speed: 5

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
Excellent, I enjoyed myself so much. Music definately pulls me through the times when I feel that I am really pushing myself, it gives so muh energy to the movements. In Frank's MB I feel I am not intellectualising as much as I ormally do. When we put our hands on our heads to isolate the movement I feel I can take in the environment and become more sensitive to it.

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
Our ground work involved a journey deep within the Macdonnald Ranges to a magical spot. It was strange leaving Hamilton Downs and I felt a strong sense of openess fill my mind and expand into my body. Along the journey home we sat totally motionless not moving an eye ball. I felt myself moulding into the landscape more strongly than I ever have before. It was the most powerfull experience to date.l.

What are your main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
I felt I have been lifted from a slump I have been experiencing for the last two days. Mid workshop blues I call them. I have felt flat and extremly homesick. Moving out of the homestead gave me a renewed invigoration. Iwas able to swim in the middle of the desert in the most beautiful water hole I have ever sceen. Just to gain this expanse of space within my body set my mind set free.
