How did you
gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low,
10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range: 5-6
Density:4-5
Energy Level: 6-7
Speed: 5-6
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
Someone else is taking MB. There is a different approach. Where we used
to go backwards, we are now going forward. We are now jumping two footed
in quarter turns, half turns and full turns. We are asked for the first
time to discuss MB by interviewing another person afterwards. We pound
the earth. The wind blows dust. The morning is cooler and I do not drink
as much water. Jumping in a full circle to the right I fall on my ass
twice. I laugh. Turning to the left it appears more containable.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
My body has stiffened a little in the cold and because of us not having
had manipulations for the last couple of days. Afterwards we discuss the
parameters and we agree that when there is scope to work freely there
is a more natural feel to the touch but that it is rushed due to the form.
We agree that we are unsure if the intntion of the form is done justice.
I think that the form makes it shareable but intuition is neglected.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
Someone else is taking MB. New constraints, new observations. Bisoku includes
small shocks of 1mm per second from a standing position that is low to
the ground and arms are squared off in the air. I'm corrected during the
exercise. I am bluring the movements. We can move multiple points in the
body but we should keep them clear. My observer notices the change. It
has increased the clarity of the movment.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
The wind is a strong elemental change. The weather is still harsh but
the temperature is dropping. It blows a storm. I have completely encased
myself in my sleeping bag where last night I was partially in and partially
out. During the night the storm has forced people sleeping out doors to
come scurrying back into the bunkhouse. It is unsettling. I feel unsettled.
There are emotions swelling and insecurities creeping. I am still able
to watch them but I try to keep a healthy respect for them.
