How did you gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low, 10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range: 6-8
Density:5-6
Energy Level: 4-5
Speed:4-5

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
Rotating the head while dissassociating this movement from that of the walks remains a common theme of the work. It also remains illusive. There is a tendency to lift the body and loose the connection with the earth. This is complicated again by the introduction of more difficult rythyms

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
I relaxed into the form today and entered the breath and movements to a deeper level than more recently. My partner used the connection with the breath well, and although of smaller frame than I, was able to provide a strong encouragement to my body to release into the form. Congestion in the anterior torso continues to be restrictive and I have not found a way to extend the spine to reducee it.

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
A tight rotation in bisoku and the new surface of a rock face is too strong. The friction to move against the surface of my gym boots and the uneven surface of th rock is only followed by the tension of trying to quickly contain the momentum of the movement when it releases from the grip of the two surfaces. Eyes flick from focal point to focal point. It is a matter of kilometers as I follow the horizon. Clouds and thermals enter my body. It is only distantly related and finds difficulty if finding connection with there architecture. We present a movement and we have three pairs of interprtation. They see intension, absoption, emotion, dislocation and absence of expression through outer extemities. I'm gently buffeted by the whims of human interest and curiosity.

What are your main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
My mind quietens after a few days of introversion. I am looking for me, in the river red gums and rocky out crops. Now and then I see me. But mostly there are projections of me - illusions or delusions I will look. I have a lifetime to see these tiny reflections. I am not frightened, nor angered, nor am I joyous but I am all these things. I tumble through these projections like the sand and rocks of the great dry river beds of Central Australia
