How did you gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low, 10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range:
Density:
Energy Level:
Speed:

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
I liked the explanations of leg movement in inside/outside jumps

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
The variability of different bodies again - how they need different modifications of technique or angle, learnt several techniques for no 3 ( how to handle the knees against the head move more effectively and safely - by taking the knees a little CLOSER to the head first (to test whether the person is flexible this way and also to soften the lower back in preparation for taking the knees a little further back - similary learnt that in the lift (out of the pelvis ) with the manipulee suspended from above by the arms the person can be safely lifted quite high towards their own hips without risk of compressing the spine.

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
The previous night's duststorm had left me so tired I focussed erratically i.e. fell asleep three times. theexercise of having the body manipulated by three people and then imagining such manipulation is great for helping imagine without forcing it. I liked very much the feed back guidelines which were variously (3minute limit), interview style discussion and some guidelines for assessing when imaginations migt be forced (symetrical movement, even time in various body parts, anticipatable)

What are your main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
Feels as if some possibilities are "popping up" - quite a painful process but the bubbles of creativity are worth it..
