How did you
gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low,
10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range: 4
Density:4
Energy Level:6
Speed:6
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
I found the M/B today tp be mainly focused on the bottom half of the body,I
wondered if their was a reason for this ? The torso and arms felt a little
bit left out and not as stretched as in previous sessions. The new jumping
excercises were having to much impact on my pelvis and lower spine so
I needed to stop.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
The woman I worked with today really listened to my body and manipulated
it very carefully and accuratly, she was not going for maximum pressure
but effective pressure. My body responded very well to this and my spine
felt the most supple of all the manipulations I have had so far. Ithink
people need to be careful and sensitive when working on a body and not
treat it like a machine.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
I very much enjoyed Franks leadership, directions and obvious connection
with the material he was teaching. By offering examples and suggestions
with the excercises I was able to connect with the excercises more thoroughly.
The change of pace was refreshing. I was not really able to achieve the
sensation of three different paces in my body at one time. Idid have a
sense of three pairs of hands though. It seemed their was just a monotone
of rythym. Coming back to neutral was a good suggestion although I didnt
use it.
What are your
main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
I called Ishka
today for his birthday and to say hello. This was the highlight of my
day and I felt much happiness to know he is happy.******HAPPY BIRTHDAY
ISHKA........!!!!!!!!!
