How did you gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low, 10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range:
Density:
Energy Level:
Speed:

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
What a disappointing change. Low energy, poor focus. My left knee is limited in its fre movement (doing the gentle placement step at the end of MB). Seemed the group too was less on it today. Kick diamond step sequence is I think clear now. New steps good for training the attention.

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
The chest extension in no 2 is NOT, as I thought , to extend the arm along the ground, it is to extend the chest thigh relationship.

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
That intensity can be of varous sorts (nont go just for the strain and sweat and hero type) that internal focus of the head is tricky - but I may be nearly there in understanding at least how to do it. That different SPEEDS are hard to maintain or change when doing multi ple images - similarly hard to keep all images going without spillage from each other. The term omnicentral imaging is a useful aide memoire that the body should be disorganised and functioning not in an ego built way. Word pulse getting worse - the fill in words "find, what, running" are occurring more and more frequently perhaps because Im racing faster than I can, Interested in Tess' experience of being able to feel several worlds at once while doing this exercise.

What are your main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
Good day, group dynamics improving last few days and group clearly appreciates getting more explanations and attention - partly because group is smaller but the process does seem to be moving to an entirely different stage.
