How did you gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low, 10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range:
Density:
Energy Level:
Speed:

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
Christine led MB with attention to the prnt of the foot in the ground and the iag of the bck you are presenting to the person behind you. Good ways of imaging the heal-toe and relaxed torso among other things. She used the pattern of running back to the start - not something I would like to demand of myself but it does maintain the energy (no loss of momentum or entry of self concern).

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
Phil pointed out how to strengthen my pressure when doing back manipulations (by maintaining and increasing the pressure to the end, by pressing through the body not thinking of the body and the hand, by lowering the pelvis (for the manipulator squating ovr the back of the manipulee.

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
Worked with images/excercises from the 3 weeks to create a 2.5-3 minute piece. Amazing how quickly 75 minutes preparation time went

What are your main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
People created very beautiful work (occasionally not much influenced by the bodyweather process but mainly related to it) and later created marvellous free work in relation to Julia White's installation - different "aesthetically" but full of focus and delight in this particular place. Hard to tell what such work comes from - I think the quiet, unpretentious nature of the work owes lots to the 3 weeks process)
