How did you gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low, 10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range:25
Density:5
Energy Level:6
Speed:5

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the MB?
Aware of strengthening in my legs. Rotations of my head is getting easier, particularly if I do them fast . It always surprises me how little I sweat in the M/B.My body temperature is hot but I still dont sweat.! I felt heavy before M/B because I ate to much breakfast.

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?
My partner pointed out holding in my thorasic spine and where that was restricting movement in my shoulders and arms. She also pointed out an inbalance in my pelvis and stress in my sacroiliac joint. She asked me where my movement originates from ? I found this an interesting question

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
I did not participate in ground work today

What are your main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?

As its my last day Id just like to say a big thankyou to Tess and all the people involved in organising bodyweather. It has been a rewarding experience and I take away with me some deep insights into my moving body and the potential of myself as a performer on and off stage.....The living enviroment has been challanging,as I expected it would be. My one piece of feedback would be to be more descriptive on the itinery you send people when they do a workshop of this nature. Include correct climate temperatures, more description of the daily schedule and what food restrictions will apply..I wish you all the best for your journey of Bodyweather and the future of it!!!..... Thankyou again. Oeshya
