How did you gauge your body as an average on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being very low, 10 being very high) in terms of the following parameters during the day:-
Temperature Range:7
Density:4
Energy Level:8
Speed:6

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the MB?

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Manipulations?

What are your main observations and/or experiences from the Ground Work?
Placing stones on the body in different places and trying to identify their number and position. It's a cool exercise. Front and back. Some areas of the body are very difficult or lots close together.

What are your main observations and/or experiences of the whole day?
Went for a big walk. Up the main ridge to the south. It was hot, 35 degrees. Fab view, fab country. It goes for ever. I lay on a rock and looked at it all upside down, ground above, sky below. It makes it much easier to see the colours and the textures and the patterns of the land. It's not bad right way up, too. You can see exactly why the local aboriginals paint with lines and dots. Black lines flow along the spine of the ridges, patches of white quartz, red rocks, ghost gums stand out- glowing trees, spinifex grass, mulga scrub, sandy river beds and a million other things I can't read. The south of the ridge is more mountainous. You can see how quickly this country could kill you. People came back sunburnt and sunstruck
