Since inception in 2006, as an ongoing research process, Impro-Exchange labs have been held each year and this performance marks the outcome of the second lab in 2014, led by Martin del Amo. These labs are designed to explore the nature of improvisation between dancers from different backgrounds, ages and traditions. The aim is to generate a forum for dialogue, exchange and discussion around strategies and processes of improvisation.
The performance is free of charge.
