Join us in teasing out what an ‘image’ is and how image-making unfolds…
Artists from an intensive research laboratory and masterclass led by Tess de Quincey invite you to join us in investigating how images arise in and around us; how body and imagination can stream into each other to explore a rich variety of sensitivities and be danced by images. Based in the methods of BodyWeather practice and drawing on a rich range of image-forms as well as images developed by participants, we will open up our process for exchange and feedback. Besides physical demonstrations and discussions there will be a selection of short performances, all providing insight into processes underlying image making.
BOOKINGS: Cost will be $15. Seats will be limited and pre-bookings will be ONLY available via Eventbrite as we are unable to accept on-site payment.
