This course of six masterclasses led by Tess de Quincey covers the full set of MANIPULATIONS 1-7, following on from the first extremely successful course in 2016.
Manipulations 1-7 are a series of precise forms that foster alignment and extend the body’s internal and external parameters through a focus on breath and weight.
Participants will be taken through each of the manipulations in great detail with the aim to attain a thorough working knowledge and initial competency with the full Manipulations 1-7 by the end of the course.
Manipulations is a key component of BodyWeather practice and whilst being a specific area of knowledge in it’s own right, it is also complimentary to the other two main areas of BodyWeather practice, MB (Mind><Body / Muscles><Bones) and Ground Work.
This series of classes is for people who have some experience of BodyWeather and/or hold an intermediate level of dance or physical practice and who are committed to participating in the full six days of the masterclass series.
